When you select a regional area, our System managers will assign you more postcodes based on your location.

Your Subscription area will be based on the postcode entered for your business address, some areas will incorporate non land mass areas, in these cases we will manually add surrounding postcodes after signup to correct your area size.

To create your own Tow Connect account, follow these straightforward steps:

1. Download the Tow Connect App: Visit the Tow Connect website and select the appropriate download link for your device.

2. Launch the App: Open the Tow Connect app on your device.

3. Sign In Using Your Mobile Number: Enter your mobile phone number when prompted.

4. Secure Verification: You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS. Enter this code into the app to verify your number.

This process eliminates the need for traditional passwords, offering a quick and secure login experience. Once registered, you can easily request towing services, book tows for customers, or, if you’re a tow truck driver, receive job notifications directly through the app.
